Patricia Goncalves, our HopeChannel admin assistant, attended the South Australian Conference campmeeting in April. There she met Caitlyn Altschwager. Caitlyn approached Patricia in the main meeting hall and asked if she knew the person responsible for HopeChannel? Patricia smiled and said, “Me!”

Then Caitlyn asked if she could give a donation to HopeChannel? What most impressed Patricia wasn’t the amount donated but Caitlyn’s age. Although only a child, God had implanted in Caitlyn’s heart the desire to give. It was not by chance that Christ said “Let the little children come to me” (Matthew 19:14), for sometimes it simply takes a giving heart to give freely without knowing exactly who that small donation will end up helping.
